Shipping Zone
We currently ship to addresses within Canada only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping
- Carriers: Canada Post or other cost-effective carriers
- Delivery Time: 5-7 business days after order processing
- Cost: $10 flat rate across Canada for average orders (2-3 bras)
- Large Orders: Additional shipping costs apply for bulk or oversized orders
In-Store Pickup
- Location: 1504 – 108 St. NW, Edmonton, Alberta
- Cost: Free
- Scheduling: Book your pickup time using the calendar on our website or call us at 780-952-8538
- Notification: Email sent when order is ready for pickup
- Fitting: We encourage you to try on your order in-store to ensure the perfect fit
Special/Custom Orders
- Processing Time: Up to 4 weeks for delivery
- Communication: We’ll contact you directly with specific timelines for your order
- Shipping: Same shipping options apply once order arrives

Order Processing
- Processing Time: 2-4 business days after payment confirmation
- Weekend/Holiday Orders: Processed on the next business day
- Tracking: Email notification with tracking number sent once shipped

- Large/Bulk Orders: Additional shipping costs apply
- In-Store Pickup: Free

Delivery Information

- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses you provide

- Carriers will make multiple delivery attempts
- If delivery fails after several attempts, packages may be returned to us
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment

Issues with Your Order
