Thank you for shopping with The Bra Coach! We want you to love your purchase and achieve the perfect fit. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help you find something that works better for you.

Return Options

We offer store credit or exchanges only. No cash refunds are provided.

In-Store Purchases

Time Limit: 30 days from purchase date
Return Method: Visit our store in person
Condition Requirements: Items must be:

  • In original condition (unwashed, undamaged, unaltered)
  • Tags attached (if applicable)

Online Purchases

Time Limit: 30 days from order date
Return Method: Ship items back by requesting a return label (see below)
Processing: Store credit issued once items are received and inspected
Shipping:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping label available upon request by emailing info@thebracoach.ca
  • $5 fee applies to all returns (covers shipping/restocking)

Condition Requirements: Items must be:

  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered
  • Include original packaging when possible

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Final Sale Items:

  • All sale and clearance merchandise
  • Grab bags and promotional bundles

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 10 days of receiving your order
  2. Email: info@thebracoach.ca
  3. Include: Your name, order number, description of the issue, and clear photos
  4. Resolution: We'll replace the item or issue store credit

Note: The Bra Coach is not responsible for shipping damage to online orders.

How to Return Items

In-Store Returns

Visit us at: 1504 - 108 St. NW, Edmonton, Alberta
Bring your receipt and items in original condition.

Online Returns

  1. Contact us at info@thebracoach.ca to initiate the return
  2. Request a return shipping label if needed ($5 fee applies)
  3. Package items securely in original packaging
  4. Attach the provided return label or ship using your own method
  5. Include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return

Important Notes

  • Due to hygiene considerations, all intimate apparel must be in original, unworn condition
  • Store credits do not expire
  • Processing time for online returns is 5-7 business days after we receive your items
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our condition requirements
